Caitlin Eldridge
LCMHCshe/herLicensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Many of the children, teens and young adults Caitlin works with are smart, driven, and look like they have it all together — but inside they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted. They're juggling school, work, activities, and pressure to be perfect, and it can feel like there's no space to just be themselves.
Her approach is gentle, supportive, and focused on what you need — you set the pace. Caitlin helps clients build confidence, better understand their emotions and thought patterns, develop healthy coping skills and boundaries, and navigate relationships in a way that feels authentic to them.
Whether you're a parent worried about your child or a teen or young adult trying to keep up with everything, you don't have to do this alone. Caitlin has over 10 years of experience working with children, teens and families, and holds an MS from Southern New Hampshire University.
